I've been going to the gym every day for three days. If I keep up my alternating regimen of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, I should be down to 213 or so by Christmas, from a high of 229 or so on Thanksgiving.
I keep seeing myself as a lean, strong professional. Not the bloated or bloating middle-aged guy I am now. Every time I go to the gym I feel like I'm chiseling my way toward the better looking/feeling/acting me that lies underneath all this blubber.
