Self-coaching

It's becoming clear why people like me to coach them on work or relationships. I'm good at it and that's true because i help them feel better and my advice is usually right on the mark.

It underscores what I need to be doing for myself and why this blog is so important. We're just too "in it" to have perspective 100% of the time. Heck, I'm still yelling at my wife and hitting very low averages on some of my performance tasks in my priorities. BUT, i'm improving, and at a faster rate than I would have without this kind of regimen.

I just meditated for the first time in a while and it really helped. Man, once you decide that YOU are your primary resource, it gives permission to really focus on things that help.
