The other day I woke up with a chrystal-clear view of what's restrained my career growth:

-not focused on executing what's been asked of me.
-flaming ppl(this is covered in my prior post)
-not dealing well with others who are hostile to me.

Essentially, i really am a wimp when it comes to setting a course, overcoming obstacles, and aggressively reaching my goals.
