Intersected

Several months later and I can honestly say that I am working with ppl who meet the criteria of my last post. They pay me very well.

I've done a pretty good job, but I still have a lot of weaknesses. If I can rise to this challenge - really master this environment - I'll be in very good shape for a long time.

Much of this blog has been a list of the things I need to do. The people I work with are very action-oriented and very used to success. They have more experience at it.

That's the challenge - match their drive and ability to accomplish.
