It's not that I have an issue with time management or priorities or procrastination. I DO actually have an issue with those things, but the biggest issue I have is with energy.
One way to look at my track record is that I havent managed my powerplant very well. I take in lots of sugars and fats, which make my energy swing wildly from hyper/manic to morose and/or exhausted. During those radical swings, my vibe and mood go from impatient and rude to indifferent and unreachable.
As I reflect on the march of human evolution, having a steady source of energy is vital to thinking well and overall propagation of the species.
I've been taking my fuel sources and usage for granted, but given the research I've doing on fats, inflammation, iron-rich foods, and the cognitive wellness outlined in the Feeling Good book, I'm formulating a brand new way to proceed.
