My 'Vibe' is my welcome mat

I've always thought that what I do (as in the quality of my deliverables) or what I say (as in the announcements/proclamations I make) are what determine the volume and quality of my relationships.

WRONG

I now (finally) realize that my vibe, as in my tone, expressions, body language, word choice, etc., tell folks who I am. That vibe creates the context for what I say and do.

Now that's something of which to be mindful...
