some more lessons learned

  1. Relationships consistently top-performing, b/c each day, I have to contact a friend or family member and make plans - that perpetuates all other activity
    1. I can use the above to boost the ME index
  2. I should add something around "parenting" and "being a good husband" to the daily drill
  3. I should consider "doing a good deed" as part of the daily drill
  4. I need 30 min to wake up and get out of here. Planning for that could change everything and give a  much needed boost to the ME index
  5. my wife isnt what I thought or need right now, but it doesnt change my need to simply focus on developing a plan to build up my life to the level I thought I was at (but b/c of my ADD, was deluded); then religiously following-thru on that plan.
  6. The "connected" book is amazing for developing a strat plan around confusing/nebulous goals - refining the resulting methodology + updating my existing ongoing planning; project planning; and task planning methodologies will ensure success
  7. PHY - it's all about the calories. I'm still at 225. I need to build up my legs, so I can run more. 300+ calories a day could mean that I'll be somewhere around 212 or even 205 by mid-June. I have to push hard to make up for lost results.
  8. i've already said this, but I can push myself harder - against realistic goals. That will ensure great wins across the board.
  9. The daily drill index is about to get a make-over: incorporating intel from the "connected" book and my planning methodologies. Given my averages have doubled in 3-4 weeks, I'll be developing the index based upon benchmarks and end goals, not just participation.
  10. Take hydroxy in am, then Adderoll after -not Adderoll with hydroxy at once. [lack of] effect is noticable
