Taking Care of My F

I've posted a lot about how my feelings get in the way or are unproductive, and a lot of that is true, but I'm starting to think there's another facet of the story that needs tending. I actually AM an F, as in, ENFJ. While, in many ways, I wish I was an ENTJ, that's not who I am or what I can become any time soon. 

Therefore, I have to take care of my feelings. According to one site, "They like and in fact need to laugh in order to discharge the emotional energy that accumulates within. Their own emotions are of a dramatic nature, which they try hard to control. "

I often have deeply experienced feelings that can get in the way - perhaps because I simply haven't thought through the situations that could affected me. I am a 70% F and 30% T. I need to use my T to take care of my F, I think.
