I am just feeling deeply dissapointed in what ISNT happening at work - the lack of empathy, the lack of anyone - especially myself - standing up and actually trying to do what is best. What is ACTUALLY best.
So, we all mail it in. That's just so disappointing.
The one thing I know is that I am not qualified to propose a solution. I just wish I wasn't part of the problem. I just have to move on. I cant stay in this any more.
