In the past, everytime i've tried to do something good for myself, it never panned out. I was doing it b/c i was supposed to. Or, i had to do it for someone else. it wasnt clear to me how i was doing it for
ME.
Now, I look at the many things I can do for myself and it feels really good and promising. It's also a tiny bit overwhelming, so I'm just focusing on treating my teeth well, now. Once that becomes a habit like the deep, meditative prayer, I'll move onto something else - probably excercize.
