Making Sense of My Career

Back in '96, I knew I wanted the VP slot, and I got there in ten years.
That's not too bad.

Where should I go next? How do I get there?

Could I be a CEO of a major corporation one day?  Could I be a
champion of a national or even global brand that's beloved like Apple or American Express or Disney? Or, should I be shooting smaller, and be lucky to
have any sustainable income in marketing, given who I am and what I'm capable of.

I've been trying to answer that question and can see that I have some critical limitations that need tending:
1. I've read that 80% of CEOs are ENTJs. I'm an ENFP.
2. I have no business education and it shows - three start-ups and no payouts.
3. My resume looks like a bus schedule. My average duration in a job a little over two years.
4. My resume probably has other issues, too. Not enough exec
experience; not enough of the right results; not enough of the right brands? Those
are guesses. My ADHD going undiagnosed all those years didn't help, either.

So, the way I see it, here's the challenge: how do we package me and sell me and get me a job that will allow me to create a lasting
trajectory of growth and development - for me and my employer?

Download me some of that, please?

What are the next steps?
