All of the changes I've made help me to see something a lot more than i realized before. I see that I have so many new puzzle pieces that defy the way i see my life. And, the way I have seen my life is thru the lens of hiding and retreating.
I have learned - taught myself - to find emotional and even physical safety in that, but it also makes me feel like a helpless little boy. Not strong. Not wise. Not connected. Not loved.
