I am finally beginning to realize that planning (for food, working out, work goals, etc.,) is directly related to my quality of life.
I've always seen planning as nothing but awkward drudgery - a tedious obligation. Planning almost completely eliminates my stress, however, prevents mistakes (naturally), and it also gives me the space to dream a bit. Instead of getting better/faster at doing my thing, I am really developing a platform for the new me.
